During my stay at this hotel, I was amazed by the exceptional level of customer service provided by the staff. They were always welcoming and accommodating, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Moreover, the cleanliness of this hotel was superb, with the cleaning staff ensuring that every corner of the hotel was spotless. I also found the hotel facilities to be above my expectations, with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The Christmas lights in the city were beautiful and the hotel was conveniently located near the beach. the hotel offered free parking, which was a great perk, and the staff was friendly. the rooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds.

The walls were thin and noise from the neighboring rooms and the hallway easily disturbed our sleep. the breakfast lacked variety and quality.
